Suspensful without being over-the-top. I watched The Hunt for Red October afterwards and thought it was just as good if not better.

The flow of the film kept you on the edge of your seat for a good majority of the movie.

My wife isn't big on action movies, but she loved this one.Very entertaining story. You don't see much submarine settings in movies. Happy ending. Converted an enemy. Nothing looked cheap...

It was very entertaining! Everything with the sub was great. The only part that really took away was the depiction of the SEALs. A lot of stuff surrounding them didn’t make sense. The whole movie was obviously stretching reality, but the SEAL part just didn’t flow well.
