Enjoyable love story

This is a perfect period costume drama for those of us girlie girls who prefer them to so-called "chick flicks" in which the writers have to try to create boundaries where they no longer exist. I'm glad I went to this movie alone so that I didn't have to deal with a bored date; this one's for the ladies! The costumes are beautiful, the scenery and camera work are stunning, the men are handsome.
