Great modern western, great scenery, great acting. Bridges is pretty funny as a Texas Marshal. Loved the sound track. I'd recommend this flick.

My detailed rating would be 3.5 stars. It is good, I liked the story line and the acting. The character development was good and certainly was a compelling story. Other than the bank robbing, the people and the downturned economy, one father's goal to right his families future. However, it was a bit predictable. Movie was engaging the whole way through.

I liked the movie a lot. It was straightforward and unpretentious, and the ending was rewarding and hopeful. You can do without the irritating asshole who scanned us in and walked the aisles admonishing everyone to turn off their phones in a threatening manner. If he doesn't change his behavior, that flabby grump is gonna get hurt.
