Great story. Well-acted. Accurate representation of the early 1960's.

This was a phenomenal movie with several fresh faces and a few classics. I was pleasantly surprised with the movies ability to shed light on a beautiful topic without harping solely on the racial injustices of that time period. I like the subtle hints of comic relief and romance throughout. Those accents complimented the drama even more.

Excellent! These stories should have been out long before this. Great acting. Great production.

This is a definite Oscar contender. The movie was light-hearted and inspiring. The actors portrayed their real-life characters convincingly.
