Overall ok but some parts were hokey

DEFINITLY CORNY

It was a fun movie. I would have preferred it to be less cheesy (the end fight with the demon veered too much on the side of ridiculous). I was a fan of the book and preferred the mixture of serious and campy that it contained. This one smacked you in the face with it more, which wasn't always a good thing. I absolutely loved the characters and film style though.
