As a production, it was well made. In terms of the messaging, I did not like it. I believe that it reinforces systematic psychological fears of the police by African Americans. If the goal is to get a reaction, you definitely got a reaction out of me. As a black man, I walked out of the screening disturbed and a little upset.

Good film but a bit unfocused early on.

I thought the movie was heavy. It was hard to watch. As an African American, I constantly am bombarded with images like this in real life currently, and this movie was just showing me how things have not changed, so I don't understand the purpose of making these movies. This plays out everyday across the country in a variety of ways. I gave the movie 3 for effort, but I probably felt it be a 2.
