I liked the film because of its depiction of the refugee experience in Europe. Unfortunately, that experience is as depressing and boring to watch as it is for the poor refugee going through it. I think that the film needs a different approach to the what is happening to refugees.

Too slow. My husband quit watching half way through. He said it was lacking substance. Too much time spent panning scenery. I gave it a chance, watched it to the end. This is more of a feeling type movie which you would have to be in the mood for. The actors were so good to the point where I felt their depression and despair. The best part is when he played his instrument at the end, awesome music. I have to admit that I would not pay to see this at the cinema. Thank you for allowing me to watch it.

I think this film will appeal to a certain segment of the population. It was okay...and probably pretty accurate, it just wasn't my thing.
