A familiar format for a worthy story. Does everything it should, a lot of cliches, but immersive and watchable.

Based on the true story of a mathematical genius from Madras, India who during WWII was admitted to Cambridge University. There he is confronted with classism and racism before finally being given the ultimate validation of his brilliance: a royal fellowship. Tuberculosis took him at a very young age, prompting many tears in the theatre. A good biopic reminiscent of Good Will Hunting, but better.

I enjoyed this movie. I did not know about this person before I watched the movie.

Interesting movie to watch. Better than I expected.
