The movie was stupid, but FUN! Actors did the best they could with the script, and could’ve used more action. However, the special effects were great and there were some terrific death scenes. Overall it was a decent movie, and will definitely see it again in streaming.

I know this was an influencer event but it felt unfair to those of us not on the “other list.” Seeing others receive a gift card while not getting one was rude. And then not getting a drink ticket for the special mocktail was just wrong. Such an awful feeling to feel less than because I wasn’t invited by whatever agency the rest of the group was invited by. If you are going to treat people differently, be more subtle about it. Don’t give out some flashy drink that’s very distracting to the rest of the people who didn’t get one. The movie was enjoyable. The experience of the event was meh.

The ending ruined the entire film

I feel like this remake misses some of the core value in the prior materials spawned from the property. The love felt shallow, and heavily influenced by the characters' drug addiction. The addiction and state of the main characters opening the movie weren't defined properly at all for me. Acting and direction felt like we were getting a pre-packed cult-classic with dialogue filled of one-liners I am sure I'll forget. I am happy to have gotten a chance to be a part of a premier and all, I simply cannot defend this shoddy remake.
