Very tender coming of age film that made us feel all of the adolescent feels we felt when we were younger. Well cast, well performed and great direction.

This was a good teen angst-driven movie that dealt with deep issues. I would recommend this to pre-teen and teenage pupils.

Growing up as young as the characters did in this film is an event no child should have to endure. I do love the fact that Grace was able to get the proper care before it was too late for her. chemical hearts is so raw, emotional, powerful, and so beautiful. truly the perfect cast, acting, and script. i’m so grateful that i got to see it and it’s now my new favorite movie. to lili and austin and krystal and every single person involved in making this movie, thank you.
