It is wonderful to see favorite actors back on the big screen! There are enough punchy lines (mostly delivered by Jane Fonda’s character) to keep the audience entertained while the overly cutesy story with sleepy dialogue unfolds. The second half of the film begins to deliver as Candace Bergen spouts the rants she does so well. A bit too Hallmark channel for my tastes, but happy to see a rom-com for people over 65 from a feminist perspective.

Enjoyable and cute, but pacing was a bit awkward and the last 20-30 minutes were a bit of a drag. Some great one-liners!

I enjoyed it. It was funny, touching, interesting, and the scenery was beautiful.
