I appreciated the effort and ambition behind the film. The casting was a highlight, especially with a vibe similar to early Maze Runner films. That said, with the Stephen King connection, I expected something darker and more intense to match the story’s psychological weight. While the symbolism was clear, I found myself wishing for a more engaging or suspenseful experience. It felt more like a direct-to-streaming release than a theatrical one, not a bad thing, but it did affect how I viewed the pacing and overall quality.

A captivating film with narrative momentum driven by compelling dialogue and characterization. Faithful in the spirit of Stephen King (Richard Bachman's) novella.

Never read this Stephen King but it sounded like every character had read his books. Not that I've ever been in such a situation but I didn't believe any of this story especially how the characters related to each other. Sorry!
