I had a good time but just not what I expected. I'm a big fan of the Conjuring films but as they create more movies they are adding a lot of CGI and thats where I get disappointed. I went to see it with my friend and we both agree that it was cliche and even kinda funny, which you don't want on a horror movie.

The movie was kind of predictable in some scenes. Even though it was a scary movie it had some parts of humor which was a pleasant surprise.

Even though there were a few disturbing scenes, there were plenty of scenes that made me laugh. It took me out of the whole experience and ruined it for me.

This movie was good but not great. The costuming and set/scenery were great! None of the jump scares really got me. They all felt predictable. The comedic relief was good but it was so frequent it might of been what made it less scary. Overall, I'd recommend watching this on TV but not going to the movies to spend money on it.
