I thought Risen was well done. The humor in the script and character portrayals were surprising, but welcomed. This may not get the blockbuster opening weekend numbers, but I believe will be well-supported and the audience numbers will grow due to word of mouth. I would see it again.

Awesome movie for the whole family to watch! It's a Roman Soldiers account of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It was not the same as the other movies about how Jesus died and rose again! I will definitely see it again!
