Would have like Jeremy Renner's character to be more "rounded" (some sense of humour), he comes across as too predictably solemn here. Some of the cinematography was pedestrian (televisual) and I never really believed in Olsen's outrage over the murders. The second half definitely saves the film, it was riveting and the violence was well executed.

Native Americans are all too often overlooked. This film, brought the living conditions on reservations to the fore. Acting and photography and music made this a thoroughly good movie.

Good but very hard to watch in parts.
