Beautifully shot and visually engaging but the storyline seemed to plateau early in the film. Taking a bit longer than I would've liked, the development of the main characters and supporting roles seemed to be shallow and nearly uninteresting.

We're just a month in to 2017, and I've already seen what'll probably be one of the worst movies I'll see this year. "A Cure for Wellness" is occasionally visually striking, as you'd expect from a Gore Verbinski film, but also dumb, confusing, and has a rather icky central conceit. Glad I saw it for free, though, so thank you very much for the pass!

Too long and slow. Beginning had promise but then it just got weird.

I generally love these type of movies but not this one. It left way to many questions at the end. I don't want to give any spoilers so I'll just say it was not my cup of tea.
