As a real fan of Mortal Kombat, I had a much better time around with this one than I did the first, thank you for embracing the fact that you’re adapting a video game and not trying to hold the audience’s hand and just letting them enjoy the ride. Hope to see how you guys handle part three

It was a very fun sequel that had a tournament format, fun callbacks, and reminiscent scenes from the video game. Perfect popcorn fare!!
