Tense and engaging. An inspiring story of friendship, fraternity, and comradery in the face of impossible odds. Never knew the mining company didn't claim responsibility nor compensated the miners. That is just wrong. I'd watch this again

Very good. Even though you already knew the story and the outcome, it was still very suspenseful. Very good special effect.

It was a great movie! I think the funny remarks gave some comic relief for a movie based on a true story. It was great to see Lou Diamond Phillips in a movie...it has been a while.
