I thought it was good but not great. There were parts of it that I really liked and other parts that were obvious to everyone and should have been obvious to Emma Thompson. I thought the acting was very good and the ending could have been better in that it looked like the just fired all the white men.

Light movie with simple twists. Expected more laughs out of it, didn't get.

Thompson and Kaling were funny and wonderful acting.I was very tired from my job, but I felt cheered up by this movie.Thank you.

In order to recommend this film it would have to be directed towards the right audience. If you are seeking an R rated, cinematic redemption comedy, this isn't for you. The movie is shot more like a TV-14 NBC comedy. In fact, with its flat camera framing, and quick, overly stick acting, it would work better as a TV Mini Series. The premise is actually very good, but it seems afraid to delve into comedies true dark side. The movie is hindered by its political correctness and at times it feels like its patting itself on its own back. That being said, it works going in with the TV mindset.
