Visually beautiful, very funny and touching, well cast

It is a well-made movie if you have watched Martians before and loved it you would love this movie as well. It follows a similar team with all the space exploration included and the journey and all the hardships. Overall it is a good complete movie. I would say, though there was nothing that amazingly stood out about the movie to make it instantly the popular movie but the movie had humour in it which did help with the rating.

This was pretty solid! Glad I got to see it early. There were some amazing moments (especially when orbiting the planet Adrian), and the emotional beats hit quite well. The cinematography was also amazing, especially all of the shots through the glass were quite unique. However the pacing was a bit slow at points, you definitely feel the runtime dragging near the end. But overall a pretty good time, I’ll always support space movies!

Very Good movie, enjoyed how the movie would go back and forth of how he came to be on the Hail Mary. Loved the bond between the two main characters. Despite its doomsday premise it was a feel good movie. Determination, friendship, sacrifice and Love will win out.
