I enjoyed watching a movie that teaches me something about our history.

a pretty well balanced war flick. Not too over the top with the violence. A lot of the death scenes were poignant and didn't feel gratuitous like other films in the same genre. Did feel the non-white cast members didn't get any credit in the historical notations at the end of the film.
