A beautiful love story that was relatable. There was great chemistry between the actors. Great job. Very enjoyable movie

I loved it! I am an African American television producer;watching a movie about a black female producer set in a period piece was thrilling. The love story was powerful and realistic. I loved how each of the characters were dynamic, well rounded, and flawed. The characters' connections with music in the movie was smart. There were several themes in the movie that made the elements gel, but the music theme was essential.\r\rIt was fantastic to have cast who was diverse. While the story was focused on black love, it showcased black owned businesses and black women in television production.
