It was an eye-opening account of the abuse of the American government in light of 9/11 from the point of view of one man and the fight for his freedom. Tahar Rahim was exemplary as Mohamedou Ould Slahi. I felt his pain every moment he was on screen.

A great true story that everyone should be informed of. The horrors of Gitmo began during the Republican Bush presidency and continued through the Democrat Obama presidency - which I'm sure would shock people today who believe the two parties are so different. When in fact, they are one in the same.
