Excellent! Poignant and well acted!

Absolutely one of the best movies

I found it a compelling look at the prison work of Bryan Stevenson and the challenges he and other advocates and Blacks face in addressing systemic and structural racism and its white supremacist context and the impact on both whites and blacks. Whites upholding a system of injustice and Blacks seeking justice and voice. A system we are still struggling to transform today.

Just Mercy is powerful and deeply moving. It is a reminder to our best natures that despite the progress made, American society still has work to do - but also that our system of laws can help to do that work.
