Had me jumping out my seat. Shocking, surprising!

The acting in this movie was very good, but the subject matter was very unsettling. I felt it also lost all credibility in the final scenes when Frances' roommate shows up.

Very predictable writing. The plot could have been much better had it been more scary throughout the movie and not just at the end. What happened to the bodies in the basement? Should have been a more cohesive ending.
