We were not able to see the movie for several reasons. Here they are:1. We had our passes for the movie. When we showed up at the theater we were told that only the first 3 rows were available.2. Why: The rest of the theater seats were reserved for VIP and press! 3. Have you ever been seated in one of the first 3 rows? Were you comfortable and able to see the screen? I doubt it.4. The theater and Focus handled this extremely poorly and the 10 of us who showed up with a valid pass are telling everyone how badly it was handled. You need to get your act together.5. So there!
