Great movie, but the ending was the only down side. Not enough to feel amazing about the outcome.

Some parts captivated my attention and in others, it was kind of slow, I would have liked there would have been more basketball action & more definition at the end.

Interesting take on an immigrant experience and sports.

Until recently there have been very few stories featuring Asians and Black folks from the Asian point of view. What the father said about never thinking of Asians playing basketball is true. This being an urban story turned out to be the common denominator; we all have stories, most of them have more in common than we think. The other is respect can be earned. Like the cross cultural romance and this not being a comedy.
