A stellar, best of the decade, stand alone sci-fi film. Bizarre! Not your to-be-expected Bong Joon-Ho style. Mark Ruffalo’s enticing character as Kenneth Marshall was the satirical and symbolic representation of political dominance through fanatical ideologies. Robert Pattinson’s performance as Mickey is one of the greatest feats he has accomplished in his career. The encapsulation of the character chemistry, the revealing plotline, and the comedic quips solidified Bong Joon-Ho’s directorial craftsmanship. With an impressive score from Jung Jaeil this film was an art of science fiction.

Loved it. Comedic expression that can come close to exhilarating depression and heavy takes on the current political climate. Pattinson plays Mickey 17 & 18 amongst rhe previous “expendables”, his voice, expressions and diffent takes are the best parts of this movie . Bong’s changeovers with Edward Ashton’s novels is well done. His films are always a balancing act of tones and genres.
