Michael B. Jordan is excellent in a formula film with occasionally clever moments. In this by-the-numbers revenge film filled with two dimensional characters, Tom Clancy seems to want to discuss the challenges of American culture without bringing anything challenging to the fore. Instead, the film waves a flag, gives a vague conspiracy theory that boils down to a single villain versus systemic issues, and instead of commenting on the proxy wars our nation fights while sacrificing good men and women, particularly those to a war machine that deprives them of a just cause to die for or a life aft

Action scenes were amazing! Michael and the cast were phenomenal. Felt some of the set pieces weren't fully connected cohesively. Not sure if things were left on the cutting tom floor, but that's how it felt at times. Hope there is a sequel because I enjoy both Tom Clancy and Michael's work!
