It falls into familiar space-odyssey/hero’s-journey tropes, so it’s nothing wholly original. But the characters are so lovable that you quickly forget that. By the end, I was completely enamored with the duo and, against my own judgment, getting emotional over how far they’d come. I highly recommend it as a feel-good film!

Nice movie to watch for all age groups. Emotions came across very well. Slightly long in terms of duration for the storyline.

Perfect mix of sci-fi and humor. Very funny like Lord and Miller’s previous work. Gosling is great especially when acting in scenes by himself. Space visuals are some of the best since Interstellar. Had a blast.
