Funny a little better than the others

I went in with overall low expectations. The Blair Witch Project had a genius idea, but underwhelming execution, I thought. But I like Adam Wingard so I was open minded about it. I think this film did much more and much better with the premise and the storytelling conceit than the original did. The sound design, in particular, helped a lot. It was a tense and fun movie experience. I enjoyed it.

Thankfully not a remake. New story line but almost same movie.
