Despite my initial worries, the new direction they're taking it shows a lot of promise as this is definitely in my top three TF films. It somehow was able to balance the story of the human characters and the transformers (as a whole). We actually get character development on both sides.

A very fun summer popcorn movie! Lots of action, eye-candy spectacle, and laughs!

Liked it, made me thinks of the cartoons back when i was youger.

It started off pretty good and kept that momentum until the 3rd act. The brother dynamic kinda fizzled out and felt like it was tired. A few main character deaths really caught the people sitting next to me off guard. All in all I enjoyed the movie and can’t wait for more. The story dipped at the end and I felt they didn’t utilize the maximals enough. The ending has a beautiful twist!
