Interesting tolic, but way too long. Felt like a documentary. Would have been a great on TV as a 2 or 3 part mimiseries.

Too long, too slow, boring story

Interesting subject but the film was ponderous. Great performances by the leads but the unrelenting angst just became tedium. Began to feel like one of the tortured Christians after the first hour.

Long, dry movie. I slept.
