Technically,I give it 3.5 out of 5. I think of Seinfeld, because, inherently, it's a movie about nothing. I expected more action almost from the start, but it took a while to see it. It was good to see Jodie Foster emanate from behind the scenes to do the film. It is cool and fun in some ways. It's good for a matinee or you can wait to rent it.

I enjoyed the action, but there wasn't enough substance. I needed more story line from some of the characters.
