I felt like I was in the war. The acting was amazing from everyone. Excellent directing. Normally I do not like to watch killing, but I couldn't not watch. Excellent

I seldom see a movie where I know, at least sort of, how it will turn out - but I am a sucker for historical drama. However, when you walk out of the theater after seeing this film, you feel like you understand the how and why of this hero, what made him, and what sustained him. The acting, the brutal reality of war as portrayed here, and the power of love, and prayer, all stand out.

Great movie, story line, special effects. Everyone should see this movie so they can understand what our military goes through so that we can have the life we have. People should respect and honor our military, they deserve so much more.

ThIs movie was action packed. The storyline was fluid with no periods of "dead" time when one is waiting for something to happen. Mel Gibson did a terrific job, yet once again, on his directing. With this being a true story, it packed a lot of punch. Plus it was super cool at the end to see footage of the main characters. Loved it.
