This screenplay worked ridiculously well for me, a good deal funnier than I expected, and Blanchett seems off-the-charts in her commitment to the role. Left me immediately wanting a rewatch, though I wouldn’t say it felt like a particularly rewatchable movie. Worth seeing in a theater for how bonkers loud the orchestra scenes are, and for some clever sound design in other parts of the film as well.

I have not seen anything quiet like it. Might be too soon to say it's the best movie I've seen in long while. I went in with little information as the preview was artistic and gave very little information, which I like.\rI was completely immersed into this film, the visuals were stunning, the sounds drove this movie and gave it so much life. The human experience was highlighted here when it's usually dismissed in media. The question posed was "Could you love the work produced even if the artist is flawed?"...I want to hear the finish work. So yes. Bravo to the whole cast and crew.
