I really ENJOYED the film. The Joseph scenes were a bit hard to watch. I wish the film would have included his life until the end. I had no idea Michael got the crypts & bloods together !

It was very well cast and shot. I didn’t know a lot about the Jackson family beyond the Jackson 5, so if those aspects were accurate, it was interesting to learn the backstory of some of Michael’s interests and characteristics. Jaafar did an amazing job with the acting and dancing, but I’m glad it worked so seamlessly to use Michael’s actual vocals. I do wonder why Janet wasn’t mentioned at all.

Excellent, well acted, very believable performance by Jaafar Jackson. The magic is there.
