Not my type of movie but it had a good story behind it and I liked that we could connect with the characters

Lovely movie. The performance of Lawrence is extraordinary. It's a modern women epic movie, but also about dreams, how many of us wants to quit? It's easier, right? I don't know if we are all made of false hopes, Joy certainly not.

Inspiring and emotionnally challenging. Her success makes her a cold person though. The end is ill-fitting with the rest of the movie.
