Horror in the vein of A Quiet Place with a true major star, quality director, good support cast and writing, plus good source material. Slow moving with story deliberately unfolding few background points, the film endeavors to engage the audience mostly with images rather than speech. More European than American in its storytelling and the resolution only allows the audience to wonder.

Definitely a one time watch for sure.

The story kinda unique but most of the scenes are predictable. Good acting by Bullock and the kids.

No info regarding how or where the ETA's cane from, what they were. Why it affected the mentally I'll in such an adverse way. And way too gory for seemingly no rational reason.
