Director Guillermo Del Toro brings his own unique magical realism to this atypical love story. Knowing his love of cinema and the influence it held on his life, this film serves as a beautiful homage to classic films. If you want to become completely engrossed in a film that stars 3 amazing actors, this is the film for you! Richard Jenkins, Octavia Spencer and Sally Hawkins are excellent!

This movie was original, beautifully shot and acted, extremely well-written. A truly wonderful film that I highly recommend!
