Similar story line but more graphics

it was decent acting and a lil over top with some action scenes like the arena under water for a ship battle. the emperors were comical and Denzel was being Denzel. but overall it kept my attention for the 2.5 hrs so I can't say it was bad but it was pale comparison to 1st movie that was a masterpiece and launched Russell Crowe career.

It was mostly good but all CGI animals weren't done well.

Did not matchup to the original Gladiator 1
