I kept waiting for a story to develop. It felt off from the beginning and there was never a connection made with the characters and their audience. The most compelling part of the movie was the Vietnamese woman. I wish she'd entered the film earlier so I'd have something to watch.I remain unsure what the point of the film was. Forced, not believable, and not worth the time Very disappointing.

I lovedddd the concept of the movie but it was all over the place. The movie could of ended way better and left a lot of questions!

The premise is very interesting and they barely scratch the surface of the provocative questions it raises. Unfortunately, it only teases with multiple themes that never fully get explored in a long, slow film with no setup, no depth, no climax, no ending and really no satisfaction or much to ponder after you leave except how you would like to explore this fascinating concept differently

It wasn’t developed well. Every story dropped off; the financial struggle, the parent’s disapproval, the wife’s anxiety, the Vietnam woman, etc. I didn’t know if it was a drama or comedy. There were parts that weren’t needed, such as, the dying lady and the drug trip. It also didn’t need to be rated R. None of the parts that made it rated R were necessary. It was also boring to follow his life.
