I feel like there was part of the story missing in the begininng.

After a brilliant start things just got more muddled and implausible as the film went on. Introducing a multitude of characters with little to no impact on the plot only exacerbated the confusion from every male character looking exactly the same.

Not really sure what to think about the movie. It was OK, not great. Maybe because it was a virtual screening, but I just never really got into the story.

This is a pretty standard 'behind enemy lines' plot with nothing special to elevate it above many other similar movies. In fact, Gerard Butler's own "Olympus Has Fallen" series did the idea better. While there are some interesting cultural debates and visuals, parts of the movie are shot in near total darkness which made for boring viewing.
