The casting was superb! All the actors were so engaging and they kept the audience entertained. Derbez was a natural in the role of the choir director. A must-watch movie!

Perfectly cast. The soundscape, signing, and performances hit you in your soul. When she signed during her performance, it elevated it to a new emotional level. Beautifully shot and surprisingly incredibly funny sequences. I'm so thrilled I finally got to see this. It definitely deserves all the accolades it's receiving.

This is a heart-warming, moving film! I cried my way through it. The music was great. I loved the moments when we, as the audience, were able to shift perspective to that of the deaf family. The whole cast of actors was wonderful, especially Marlee Matlin, Troy Kotsur, & Daniel Durant. Emilia Jones performed with real depth and clarity. She's a rising star! More films like this are needed!!
