I really thought the acting and the art we're both beautiful.

Thorough enjoyed the film, though I read the novel several years ago, which helped me put all the story pieces together. I don't think folks will like it, if they haven't read it, since it's a very convoluted storyline. Ill definitely recommend it to all my book club friends

The movie kept me interested all the way to the end. Awesome story.

Good plot, great symbolism and metaphors throughout the film and great use of flashbacks however the first half of the movie did seem to drag on and cover unnecessary points of Theo’s life. The conclusion seemed rather anticlimactic with his love interests, and business affairs.
