Too dark. A little slow.

True Story is a build up to nothing. The movie is in a constant state of mystery and the audience is waiting for the final twist that is just never presented. There's a moment in the film that feels like a shock, but goes over like a disappointing dream sequence. It's just a big let down.James Franco is great, but Jonah Hill doesn't feel believable all of the time.

too much left unexplained--ie: WHY did Chris use Mike's name/ how was he caught ?/Mike was living in NY but wife was in Montana????/ etc. Also, ending was flat--felt unsatisfying. But thank you for the screening--can't win "em all!

I do like the actors, however this movie was very very slow!
