At my arrival at 6pm the movie theater was full supposedly but once in the theater there was plenty of empty seats with a sign stating reserved We were seated in the first row impossible to rate a movie so I waited for the reserved seating but no one came to claim those seats????? I left and gave the attendant my email which she stated to arrive earlier and would place my name for an encore???
