It was enjoyable. Of course, we knew how it had to end, but it was interesting seeing how it got there. (Of course, we don't know if he really made it as a soloist or band leader ... maybe there should be a sequel!)

I enjoyed this well acted and surprisingly engaging love story. In addition to the story, you get to see some great scenes of New York during the 1960s.

Interesting characters, love story, beautiful "costumes", and music!

It is a refreshing and welcomed movie. I loved the 1950’s setting. For me as a single Black Woman it has a lot of message in it for me regarding love. The things that made this movie refreshing is the non-violence, no fowl language, great friendship, people had jobs and goals in life. The setting was nice, vibrant colors and just a really nice romantic movie. Will I watch it when it is on Amazon Prime? You better believe it and I have already recommended it to my friends, family members and my many book clubs that I belong to. Thank you for making this movie.
