Entertaining and nostalgic

Good family movie... love the all star cast.

Whenever there’s a sequel to a movie I go in with no expectations. Some fail, some are alright, and some excel. This is one sequel I can honestly say excels. I haven’t laughed through an entire movie this much since watching Girls Trip. Kiki Layne’s performance captivated every scene she took part in. Ruth E. Carter did an exceptional job with costumes separating Zamunda from Wakanda like only an expert could.

Hilarious sequel true to the original. Great all-star cast with many cameos & Easter eggs. Spectacular song & dance numbers. Predictable but wildly entertaining. A terrific tribute to Black culture & heritage. Fans of the original will love it.
