Excellent movie! It was different and interesting. A unique love story. Not one retold for the millionth time. Just excellent. I loved the relationship between the neighbors too.

Cinematography was amazing! Loved that it was set in the 60’s. Kinda have a bit of innocence to the film some heft.

You are immediately drawn into Guillermo del Toro's world and stay submerged there for the entire movie. Enchanting!

Great storytelling and imagery. It did a really good of examining social structures and language through color, language and sex.
